Career coaching is a supportive and
confidential collaborative relationship where the agenda is
completely yours. We clarify where you ideally want to go and
then create practical strategies so you'll experience less
stress and be able to see clearly what needs to be done.
I provide a
fresh, objective perspective and point the attention to where it
needs to be so you can break out of old habits and direct your
efforts. Being with a career coach is like going to the gym with
a personal trainer. You can get a much more focused workout with
a trainer, as opposed to when you go to the gym alone.

First we talk on the phone at no charge to you.
Because my services are based on personal attention and
follow-up, it's important that we develop rapport and get to
know each other. Once I have answered your questions
and you feel comfortable working with me, we have regular
custom-tailored sessions.
I utilize a career coaching process designed to provide
thorough and intensive career development and advancement
exercises
that allow you to focus on your strengths and
the career or life issues that concern you the most.
This process takes most people 5 to 7 one-hour sessions.
When needed, on-going coaching is available on a bi-monthly
basis. As a result, you will:
